Custom designed and developed, this mathematical Discrete Event Simulation driven Optimization Tool with 2D Visualization enables real time or historical data input to drive replicate actual variations in donor arrival patterns. The algorithm enables the most optimal Staffing patterns to meet the Donor arrival patterns with the option of playing around with multiple variable changes to visualize disparate outcomes.
